The PCCI organizationally is made up of two distinct groups of committed individuals:

a. Elected members of the Board of Directors that also hold the Executive positions and Committee Headships.

b. Dedicater corps of professional managers and employees.

Professionally, the PCCI is headed by Mr. Joselito Rosales, the General Manager.
